Hjemmeside Smooth Robotics
Software Developer – with potential
Do you want to be part of a very exiting start-up company with a global potential? And do you intend to be part of a team where you have a lot of opportunities to put your touch on the final product?
Smooth Robotics is looking for a dedicated software developer who can take care of the development of SmoothTool which is our brand new control system for welding robots. You will therefore be part of the development of the future way of handling robots.
Smooth Robotics is a start-up based on the idea that robots can be much easier to handle for the end users that need flexibility. Today changeover of a robot requires a specialist – especially if precision is required. Smooth Robotics will change the way of working with robots and based on a new control system we will enter the market with a unique solution.
For that purpose, Smooth Robotics is looking for a software developer that can be part of our development team where you will have the opportunity to join some of the best software developers.
We expect that you are driven and motivated by achieving the objectives and can take the daily lead of the development of our software platform. Furthermore, we expect that you
• Set up the standard for our software platform
• Take care of the planning of the roadmaps
• Assure the quality of the software based on market tests
• Are openminded for market input that can be included in the development process
We are looking for a candidate who is curious and ready to develop the opportunities together with our development department and partners from the market. You have ideally a master degree within robotic technology alternatively within software development, perhaps a few years of experience and is confident with software programming. Experience with e.g. JAVA or C++ will be an advantage.
The main task for you will be:
• Development of frontend and backend software
• Robot control and simulation
Smooth Robotics will as of the 1st of January 2019 be located in new locations in Odense in an environment with other robotic companies. If you can see yourself in this role and thereby be part of the journey from an early stage, please do not hesitate to send your application and CV to firstname.lastname@example.org.
